I am an experienced Systemic Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, children, adolescent, families, organisations, and across diverse cultural contexts. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each person, relationship, or family. Whilst my training is rooted in systemic psychotherapy, understanding people within the context of their relationships, families, communities, cultures, and wider environments, I also integrate current thinking from neuroscience, attachment theory, trauma informed practice, and somatic approaches.

Alongside my work with couples, I have particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families, helping family members understand and respond to one another's differing needs and ways of experiencing the world. I also have expertise in working with families where they have experienced an eating disorder.

I have completed specialised training and masterclasses in areas including ADHD, trauma treatment, anger management, systemic psychotherapy for couples, and working with LGBTQ+ families and individuals.

A particular area of interest and expertise is my work with couples. I help partners move beyond repetitive patterns of misunderstanding by bringing together systemic therapy, neuroscience, and somatic awareness, exploring not just what couples say to each other but the nervous-system responses beneath the surface.

In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I am a professional artist trained in fine art.
