I am a Principal Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience of working with Children, Adolescents, Families and Adults in the community, secure setting, and private practice. I have been in clinical practice since 2002 and I have held psychology leadership roles within the NHS, and currently combine working in the NHS in Child and Adolescent Mental Health with private practice.

I am highly experienced in psychological assessments and diagnostic assessments for a range of mental health presentations. I have experience of working with young people in the care system and those who present with complex emotional and mental health difficulties and behaviours that challenge. I am passionate about promoting trauma and culturally informed practices in the care of children, young people, and families and within professional systems.

I integrate a variety of approaches within my practice, underpinned by research to provide support that is tailored to your specific need. I offer a relaxed, compassionate, and confidential space to support you explore and resolve the challenges you currently experience.

I also provide clinical supervision, psychological consultation to individuals, groups, and organisations.
