JAMIE HO

Assistant Psychologist
Pronouns: She/Her

Like young sunflowers, our strengths and hopes can be like the sun to help us grow when navigating the ups and downs of life.

I am Jamie, a 1st class honors Psychology graduate with a strong passion for supporting the mental health and well-being of children, young people, and their families.

My experiences include working as an Honorary Assistant Psychologist, Teacher, and various Teaching Assistant roles with individuals from diverse backgrounds in the UK and Hong Kong. Through these experiences, I have been fortunate to compassionately support children, young people and their families’ journeys. Observing their development truly motivates me to make a difference in their lives; I am always keen to learn, improve, and be open to feedback to enhance their experiences.

In line with Eleos Clinic’s approach, I believe it is important to identify and embrace our unique strengths. Like young sunflowers, our strengths and hopes can be like the sun to help us grow when navigating the ups and downs of life. Also, from growing up in another culture, I am strongly interested in the impact of culture on mental health and well-being.

I enjoy watching TV shows, listening to music, doing yoga, and finding good places to eat!
